Drupal 8 – Progress – Image Uploads

I’ve been following Drupal 8 for over a year. I noticed today that in the current trunk is included an out of the box image upload capability. Very cool – finally…after all these years. What the heck will I write about now? Oh wait a gallery tool is still needed. Well – I am now even more excited about Drupal 8’s potential. Bring it on guys!

I’m still taking a look at the Twig integration – huge potential here. There’s also a flurry of work on the migration system from Drupal 7. I see there’s also more modifications going on to better integrate with Symfony2

The latest build is also noticeably faster and snappier.

Keep it up and I’ll dump this wordpress crap 🙂
